PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy policy

AutoSafer (the "Company") collects only the personal information needed to reply to inquiries and processes it under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose

We process personal information only to reply to and consult on inquiries. We do not use it for other purposes; if the purpose changes, we will tell you in advance and ask for consent again.

2. Items and how they are collected

  • Required: organization, contact name, email, phone
  • Optional: department · title, event details (name · venue · timing · size, etc.), message
  • How: what you submit on the contact page (delivered to our inbox), or email you send directly to autosafer01@gmail.com

3. Retention period

We keep it for 1 year after the inquiry and consultation end, then destroy it without delay. Where a law requires retention, we keep it for that period.

4. Destruction

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

5. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where a law specifically provides for it.

6. Outsourcing and overseas transfer

To deliver inquiries to our inbox and keep them there, we outsource processing as below; in doing so, personal information is transferred overseas (United States).

  • Resend, Inc. (United States): sends what you submit on the contact page as an email
  • Google LLC (United States): receives and stores inquiry emails (Gmail inbox)
  • Items transferred: organization, contact name, phone, email, event name · dates, message
  • When and how: transmitted over the network when you submit an inquiry
  • Retention by the processors: Resend keeps sending records for 30 days, then deletes them. Google keeps them until we delete them from our inbox (the retention period above).
  • Processor contacts: Resend support@resend.com · Google support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form
  • How to refuse the transfer and its effect: if you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can call us (+82 10-9649-4110) instead of using the contact page. Your information is then not transferred overseas, and there is no other disadvantage to your consultation.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent.

Email autosafer01@gmail.com and we will act without delay and tell you the result. You may also make a request through a representative.

8. Security measures

  • Inquiries are received in a single company inbox; this site does not store them separately.
  • Access to the inbox and the sending and hosting accounts is limited to the staff who handle inquiries, and all of them use two-factor authentication.
  • The site and email delivery use encrypted connections (HTTPS · TLS).

9. Automatic collection

This site does not collect personal information through cookies or analytics tools.

  • Title: CEO
  • Email: autosafer01@gmail.com

12. Event-site video

13. Changes

If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page before it takes effect.
